In the wonderful universe of Sceelix the user is free to do whatever he wants with the game engine and the creations he makes.
It’s a game engine in which nodes (objects, places, scenes, etc) can be re-created at the designers or runtime. The whole world is split into nodes and each node has unique features. You can make your content more interactive by adding scriptable objects and behaviours in different ways, each with their own methods of interaction.
You can also move nodes around, mix them up with other nodes or clone them. You have all the power you need to make scenes and places at design-time and unify the content at runtime into a scene tree, modify anything you like in your 3D scene editor and finally, when you are done, export your content back to your game engine.

Unity’s PhysX support for 2D physics is excellent.
It has been available for a while (since the gamecube and ps3) but in unity it is limited to a few of the most common types of collision.
Rigid body is capable of rigid body physics.
Friction.
Velocity change.
Sliding/rolling.
Bouncing.

The Physics and R&D teams have made fantastic work.
I really recommend Unity for any 2D game.
If you use Unity, I would look into using the Gideros PhysicsGame

The Gideros Physics Framework can be used to create 2D physics simulation games for mobile, web, or desktop. The framework supports touch-based controls and multi-touch (in particular, multi-finger) input.

There are only two downsides,

It does not have the breadth of collision types that Unity’s physics engine does
It is poorly documented (as compared to Unity)

So, if you want to make a game, this is the framework for you.

Windows Azure CDN is a single blob storage container. What you want to do (sub-paths) means storing files. This is not possible for blob storage. You would have to store the files on a server somewhere else, and use Windows Azure CDN to serve the static files.
You could consider web roles when moving to Windows Azure. The sub-path structure is possible in those with some custom configuration.
