The modding tool add-on was developed and is maintained by Heyton, a renowned game modder. With this tool, players can create and play their own context or scenario (mod), without having to export the full game data. Modders can publish their mods on our website, share them with other users, and modify them.
Please note that mods created using the modding tool are not compatible with the Chinese version of the game.
About the game Once Upon a Time in Masters of the World :
Once Upon a Time in Masters of the World is a real-time strategy game in which the player assumes the role of the president of one of the nations of the world. Since its release in March 2016, more than 150,000 fans have already played the game.
Our vision is to offer hundreds of thousands of players the possibility to create their own scenarios using the same tools used to create mods for other games.
Our team has the objective of creating a game that allows anyone to develop their own scenario using the same tools and resources used to make mods for other games. The key elements that we wanted to include are :
ability to create a new country that you can play as if it were a scenario
customization of territories to make them as playable as possible
creation of events that can be triggered
characterized scenarios (episodes)

We also hoped for a simple and intuitive interface for users to create their own scenarios. Our modding tool was initially developed by one of our video game developers that we work with, and was later improved by our video game developer.
Our team is currently working on an interface that will allow modders to create, customize, and play their scenarios in no time.

Our modding tools allow players to create their own scenarios (countries) and scenarios for existing countries.
Our developers have created several scenarios that are playable with the tools, as well as several complete countries with all the content (territories, cities, industries, tasks, etc.) that are available in the game.
Countries

The country’s data is created through a series of procedures detailed in the development section of the manual.
Once you have created a playable country, you can share it with the community, as well as host it from our website.

Most people in Silicon Valley think they know how technology will change society, if not the world. Like the one-time personal computer pioneer Bill Gates, these days they sound a lot like Jared Diamond, the author of “Guns, Germs, and Steel,” who argued in his 1989 book that the advent of Western ways of doing things in the Americas and Europe made possible the dominance of their civilization.
But Tim Wu, a professor at Columbia Law School and the co-author, with Chris Crowley, of “The Master Switch: The Rise and Fall of Information Empires,” says that that mindset isn’t quite right.
He offered this reading of history in a presentation on Tuesday at the Timken Economic Forecast conference at the New York Society for Ethical Culture. In the 18th century, he said, East Asian societies lacked the kind of technology that the West had to build businesses. But by developing a command economy, they kept costs down so they could make more of their own goods, as well as serve the growing markets for their exports.
They did this by essentially turning over a few critical sectors of the economy to people who were outside of the power structure, such as “laborers, artisans and merchants who had access to technology and advanced methods and machines.”
This went against the thinking of those in power, especially the aristocracy, who were used to taking more direct control. Mr. Wu said that the Chinese “invited, induced and facilitated the transmission of information between laborers, merchants and artisans to maximize their productivity, and not just in the technical realm.”
At the same time, he said, the Chinese were able to do all of this while the rest of the world was mired in feudal systems and dominated by small landholders, with no efficient means of providing their markets with the vast quantities of goods they consumed.
In the late 19th and early 20th centuries, he added, Japanese leaders also turned the island nation into the premier manufacturing base on Earth. In the late 20th century, the Chinese and Japanese returned to their previous stand on technological development: They were now the most important sources of the world’s technological development.

Human Delusion is the second studio album by American rock band, Taking Back Sunday. It was released on June 21, 2001, through Victory Records. The album peaked at number 14 on the Billboard 200 and number 25 on the UK Albums Chart. It is their lowest placed album in the United States, and the highest in the UK.
The album was produced by Matt Squire, and recorded in Los Angeles, California with Charlie Clouser, who engineered it. A cover of “Conventional Wisdom” was released as a single in support of the album. The song was also used in the film, Mayhem.
Five of the album’s songs were included on Taking Back Sundays 2003 album Impulse.
Background and recording
The band recorded a total of three demos with Ian MacKaye of hardcore band Fugazi in West Virginia. The band felt that the demos were “weak”, and in reality were better than the songs they were actually able to play live at the time. Taking Back Sunday’s first EP, the 2000 release Daylight Savings, received extremely positive reviews from critics, and its lead single, “New Direction” also received good airplay on alternative rock radio stations. This was followed up with a full-length studio album released in October 2001, with the group having completed another EP at the time.
While recording the two EPs, the members of the band were either busy with other bands, attending conservatories, or touring; therefore, it took the group several years to finish their second album. Band members disagree about the amount of time it took, with the band’s vocalist, Ruben Garces stating, “I just remember it taking a lot longer than everyone else thinks it did; we started it and finished it, we started the record and finished it a lot faster than everybody figured it was going to take.” He also mentions that the band did not set a goal of how long it would take, saying, “[We didn’t set our sights on] ‘We’re going to write this song in a month, and then the following month we’re going to write this song, and then four months from that, we’re going to write the next song.’ We were just like, ‘Let’s do what we want to do, wherever it may lead us, and let’s just write a record.’ And that’s what we did.”
