What is this new FANTASY ACTION RPG?
This is an action RPG that features three different characters and a vast world. The Story of Rise, Tarnished is based on the tale of Elden.
When a great battle took place between the groups of people who lived in the lands between two great kingdoms, a master of Elden magic, Benoit, appeared and destroyed the magical barrier of the Lands Between, causing the player’s party to become trapped inside the Lands Between. It was then that Benoit disappeared without a trace.
The player will interact with three characters from Benoit’s party that were trapped in the Lands Between—the Guardian, Zakariah, and the protagonist. In the RPG genre, these three characters are referred to as the Ronden (Elden)—Elden Ring players can form one Ronden party to fight the enemies. While the Ronden can be customized and level up to be ready to defeat massive monsters, it is also the hardest of the 3 characters in the party to level up and train.
In addition to the main story in which you will delve into the world of Elden, there are various optional side stories, featuring different characters from both the Lands Between and the land of Elden.
