how to get qgis 2.6 to recognize 16 bit (decimal) coordinates

I am using qgis 2.6.1.2 32 bit on windows 7.
Recently after a reboot I noticed that I could no longer use coordinates in decimal format (.5, 1.33,.75 ect). I just get an error box that says the decimal point is not a supported coordinate format. The map is displayed perfectly but I cannot enter coordinates.
Is there a setting to change? I checked the integer/real coordinates but did not see any decimal choices.
TIA.

A:

if you are using decimal degrees as your coordinate system, you can change the units in the Coordinates tab of the general tab for your CRS.

Over the years Sony has released a bewildering number of PlayStation Portable games which have turned into classics and if we were to pinpoint the biggest missteps in PlayStation Portable gaming, it’s probably that the console’s library was an absolute dumpster fire in the middle of its lifespan, giving us a load of shovelware and forgettable games at a time when our mobile phones could play some of the same stuff with the same quality. Not that Sony’s failed to produce any good exclusive releases over the years, but they were pushed to the sideline as an unavoidable side effect of the way the PlayStation Portable was designed.
The days of the gut-wrenching games are over. No more swimming through shallow and pointless games, or quitting games as soon as they get tough. It’s time to delve into some of the best and most famous PlayStation Portable games ever made. Here are the 10 best PlayStation Portable games ever made.
