A History of the Game
Minimal Dungeon RPG is the spiritual successor of the legendary Minimal Dungeon RPG. The devs of the original Minimal Dungeon RPG see many similarities between their game and the classic roguelike games, such as Rogue, Rogue Legacy, Game of Thrones, and NetHack. To do this they have included a huge storyline, world map and lots of secrets to discover.
The Story
A science laboratory by the name of Back Room is located in the centre of a desert. One night, the door suddenly opened and a powerful Demon Lord broke in. In the next morning, it was discovered that Back Room was a storage room of scientific weapons. After the Demon Lord was destroyed, many of the weapons were taken by the survivors. But others were left behind and were taken back by the Demon Lord’s spirit. That’s where the story starts.
You have discovered the remains of Back Room. Your character should go into the caverns to seek for the origin and tell the story. What will you find out?
Minimal Dungeon RPG is a minimalist RPG that is based on the classic RPG. Multiple rooms are connected into dungeons. Tasks, monsters, and rewards are all simplified into squares in the rooms. You can just click on the squares to play and crawl through the dungeons. A fan of dungeon crawlers will not want to miss the game!

      The publisher of this game was also a disaster; they tried to make a money making machine with this game but it ended up a complete flop.

      So when Takazawa Productions was at it’s lowest point they decided to release their games for free.

      However, they underestimated the price tag of this game and realized that the huge playerbase will drain all their resources, so they decided to pull the game at once and left the game for its players to download.

      However, it seems that this would be a disastrous decision because players was to angry to just leave this game and start downloading this.

      Because of the massive influx of players, the servers of the game had to be disabled to save the computer’s resources.

      By doing so, people started downloading the game illegally.

      A few years later, the game was released for free but because of the error of the publisher, the game got a bad reputation and never made a profit.

      So when the game got free download, Takazawa Productions was considering the option of pull the game once again, but its founder went nuts and started attacking the servers.

      Takazawa Productions tried to contact the publisher but they rejected all of their request.

      That left Takazawa Productions at the quandary of doing nothing so the playerbase start downloading the game again.
